The Greatroom

$150/ hour
  • Standing capacity: 250 people
  • Theater style seating: 180 people
  • Seated at tables: 120 people

Greatroom After Hours

$200/ hour
For after-hours events the cost of the Greatroom is more to cover the cost of staffing.

Conference Room

$25/ hour
  • Single table seats 15 people
  • 60” round tables seat 24 people
  • Often used for serving food, desert table, drinks and more.

The Office

$10/ hour
  • Often used as a private space for brides, musicians, or speakers prior to event.

The Foyer

$25/ hour
Often used for photo booth, tables for presents and photos, bar and serving appetizers

The Cafe Seating

$50/ hour
Often used for additional seating/gathering space, informational booths, etc.

Space for up to 150 seated attendees.

Space for up to 100 guests for special events. such as weddings and quinceaneras.

Onsite parking available for attendees.

All decorations and activities must be pre-approved.

If renting during our hours of operation, please note that our coffee shop and cafe will stay open for public.
