About The Roastery

The Roastery at The Well is a collaborative space designed for coffee enthusiasts and entrepreneurs to learn about coffee roasting and grow their business. Our heart is to empower the next generation of coffee roasters with the training and resources to achieve excellence in their field.

We offer training classes, mentoring and coaching, hourly rental options and monthly memberships. The Roastery is a place where dreams become reality.

Our state of the art facility boasts cutting edge equipment for roasting, processing and packaging of all types. And we’re still not done building! We are constantly innovating and expanding to meet the needs of our community. Inquire for more information.
